Message	don't let a charge float on my credit card more than a month, or whatever the time limit is, before disputing it. By the time I realized they were giving me the run around, it was too late to get my money back from the credit card company. I'm not a litigious person. If anything, I'm too trusting. I let Strano string me along for months and months before I took action. If they hadn't pissed me off and lied to me so much I prob would've taken the loss.
